The Company was established in 1949, when Sergio Bosa decided to leave his job as a blacksmith and work exclusively in the suspension business.

Ever since that time, his Company has always been concerned with commercial and private vehicle suspension systems, with utmost attention to 4x4 vehicles after the end of the Eighties. The Company’s first catalogue dedicated exclusively to off-road vehicle suspension spare parts was put together in 1991.

The new 2005 catalogue includes hundreds of items from leaf springs and torque bars to silent blocks, dampers and various other vehicle accessories.
